Next Level Basements undertook complete remodeling of this 1960s town house in 2020. Retaining just two sections of the original facade, our team renewed every other element of the structure. Transforming the property for its next chapter, we deepened its floor level and installed a new steel frame enabling duplex, open plan living. As one of our “groundwork to paintwork” projects, Next Level Basements handled every element of the build from the first shovel in the ground to the final stroke of paint.
